He has a good point about the heat and how it might spoil the blood. While the nurses do seem to have a means of keeping the blood bags cold in the containers that they're putting them in (she can see wisps of water vapor coming off of the coolers), that can't be a permanent storage solution.

She loops around the back side of the large tent and then watches from a distance to see where the containers are being loaded up into vans (Stealth: 23), which then drive out through a narrow alleyway.
