They're all absorbed here from other universes, it would be strange if everyone was boring and average about it. Charles hasn't gotten a sense for the main population yet (and he won't be happy about the noise once he does) but he can't see people easily being shocked around here.

One of the workers tries to get his attention and he turns his head in that direction. "It appears they have my van ready." An accessible one, and he is genuinely excited about driving for the first time in years. "Come say hello if you see me in the city. I'd love to chat again." He respectfully nods his head and then disappears from the astral plane.
