Thomas may be Jack's new best friend. He's not answered so many questions about himself all at once before or had someone who was curious about him to this extent. It's nice! He doesn't talk much when he's on his own, he's fairly quiet, but his answers are enthusiastic and genuine. He's also never considered any of this. A pirate he could talk about for a while though. He loves pirate movies, although fantasy movies are his favorite.

A new friend interjects and Jack directs his curious wide gaze to him instead, tilting his head curiously. He doesn't know enough about sailing to agree or disagree. This man seems to know what he's talking about. He's also a cat person which is super interesting.

"I have never been on a boat. I would love to get my sea legs. And see a dolphin. Or a whale!" That would be amazing. He's been land-locked for almost all of his life so these are fantastical ideas to him.

"Have you ever met a pirate?"
