Keep an eye on the forum. I put updates as soon as I get wind of another storm and tell people where it's at. Make sure you've got a weapon and storage in the car. Do not go on foot. When scavenging, pick up items but don't try to get anything too large that you have to haul, it won't last. Pick up every book you see. If something is telling you to run, run.
