Yes, if you take the entire android, the cosmic flux of the zones will cause the majority of it to disintegrate within 2-24 hours (depending on what's fun for you). You might get a very gooey, oozy substance on your car seats or in your motel room. Prior to that, however, characters are certainly free to kidnap a whole android!

The entire several dozen people attending the event who have had a silent gentlemen's agreement that you don't mess with the grill (since people are using it) will mob you immediately and take it back by force. The Enforcers will allow and/or encourage this to happen (they are also using the grill).
