Far as we know, this place is just sensitive to cosmic interference, and we guess at that being why many of us plopped here. There's no controlling them, the storms come and go like earthquakes, the tremors bringing new diffusion zones. I should warn you that you might end up finding something of yours out there. People get a glimpse of home every once and awhile, in the most unlikely of places.
